This tool enables you to place fillable fields anywhere on a document, making it easier for anyone to fill, sign, and submit the documents.

To add the fillable fields, select the appropriate field on the top and drag it to the desired location. Use Advanced option to customize field’s settings such as characters and lines limits, required attribute and Database Field Names. Any field can be moved, resized, or deleted.

Click on the existing field to edit the field settings.

• To add a text field use a Text icon
• To enter the numbers only field use a Number icon
• To put the checkmark field use the Checkmark icon
• To use the date field click on Date icon
• Use Signature field to sign the document
• Use Image field to add the image.
